Diono Radian 5 car seat review

Michelle shares her experiences with the Radian 5 car seats from the brand Diono: 'Hi, I'm Michelle and I've been looking at the Diono Radian 5 car seat. It's an extended rear car seat which goes from 0 till 25 kg, which is approximately 7 years of age. This for me was one of the biggest features of the Radian 5 car seat because it allows parents to make the choice to keep their children rear facing for longer. Some of the other things that I love about the car seat are the easy install; whether your forward or rear facing the car seat, the installation is really easy. You just use the seatbelt, you pass it through a tunnel underneath the car seat, you click it in, you pull out any slack and you lock it all together. And that makes the Diono car seat really secure, it doesn't wiggle about and it's perfectly safe. Even when Isabella was rear facing, and she's got quite long legs for a 4 year old, she has got plenty of space. More than enough space and she has never once complained about it. That for me is another bonus. The 5-point harness is the last point that I'm going to talk about. Not all car seat allow you to use a 5-piont harness up untill 25 kg, but because this Diono Radian 5 car seat doesn't use Isofix you can use the harness up untill 25 kg. For me, I just feel a little bit safer knowing that my children are strapped into the car seat. The car seat won't slide away from them if ever they where to be in a crash. The harness is really easy to adjust and you can pull it tight. But if you haven't quite got it tight enough there is a system that you can use to just get the straps really secure. And that for me makes rear facing even easier. I hope this has been helpfull. Thank you!' - reacties
